PeopleScout is a talent acquisition and workforce management solutions provider. In response to the company’s growth and global expansion, PeopleScout needed to re-examine its global position, internal company culture, brand personality and creative aesthetic in to create a unique identity that would ensure differentiation in the global talent acquisition market. A new brand standards document was released in January 2020.
The PeopleScout Brand Guide is more than just a creative style guide. The document details the PeopleScout story, culture, personality and voice – elements that are integral to PeopleScout identity. Guidelines are provided for successful usage of each brand element. An actionable brand toolkit is included in the appendix. This toolkit outlines various internal brand resources and key support contacts.
All brand strategy, development and design were completed by PeopleScout’s in-house Marketing and Communications team, without the assistance of an external agency. The document itself functions as a showcase of the design capabilities within the PeopleScout organization.
The PeopleScout Brand Guide was published as an internal resource.
