As Zue Botanicals started shifting to a Latin and Hispanic market by the end of 2019, they needed to adjust their digital presence, in a way that could feel cohesive with all the efforts they've been doing. Our eCommerce redesign proposal speaks to a new audience, maintaining Zue's values and strengths.
For the development of Zue Botanicals we had two objectives:
1. Design: Aiming towards a natural look while maintaining the spark of the Latina women heritage
2. Marketing: Create social proof elements on the homepage to give the feeling of a trustworthy brand. We did this by highlighting the categories of "As Featured In" and the photos and reviews of real customers. This with the sole purpose of generating trust and social proof in the brand and its products. We also added a "Real Results" section alongside the "Awards and Mentions" section, with the purpose of generating trust and confidence in the potential customer
And lastly, we added Satisfaction Guarantee Icons at checkout so that the process of purchase "felt" secure from the beginning to the end.
