The Challenge:
To create and update the Greystone brand to transform our messaging from three pillars: Lending, Investment, and Advisory to one company and one theme of “Commercial Real Estate Finance”. Bringing the look and feel into the modern era and more elegant. Building a unique and interesting website that represents the creativity of our financing expertise. Differentiating Greystone from other industry leaders and providing new content, branding, and design elements.


Details: Our team focused closely on the design and technical details while building our new website to ensure a seamless user experience when visiting our page. We created a new way to represent all Greystone affiliate businesses and built a new content tagging and categorization system for all Insights, News, and Transactions. We seamlessly integrated all third-party plug-in apps to our digital marketing sources, social media, and Salesforce. By implementing new tracking pixels on our site, we can report and analyze website traffic patterns and interactions.
