When the risk of COVID-19 emerged in February 2020, our leadership team began prioritizing the safety of our team and clients, ahead of the curve. We quickly created a nine-step Safety Protocols & Business Continuity Plan and moved our operations to Work from Home, even while others said we were overreacting.
Before long, the pandemic hit North America. And everyone started following suit. So we created Covid19.klick.com to share our playbook as a template for other companies grappling with the public health crisis - and since launch, the site has been viewed over 57,000 times from people in 150 different countries.
But that was just the beginning. As the pandemic evolved, so did the site. There are links to digital health humanitarian missions. There’s a series of thought-provoking perspectives from our leaders to help inform and inspire our clients and industry-at-large for the coming changes, challenges, and opportunities that will arise from COVID-19. And we continue to add more as COVID-19 continues to give companies more to consider and act upon.
