iMerit started as a non-profit organization focused on providing women and underrepresented communities tech jobs in the Kolkata area. Today, the company is an international leader in data annotation with services in artificial intelligence and machine learning led by industry-specific experts.

iMerit needed to change to support the move from a social impact company to a high-tech, flexible Silicon Valley data annotation partner - without losing connection to the mission that had fueled them from the beginning. iMerit teamed up with Sköna for a brand refresh and new website to reflect this shift.

Key updated design elements include color schemes, fonts, graphics, graphical elements, new page layouts, and motion principles to reflect their change in positioning. The inclusion of flexible UI and detailed animation show the brand’s mission to offer tailor-made, specialized services. The website aims to visually tell the iMerit story in a compelling and comprehensive way.

The final result is a website that supports a thoughtfully-refreshed brand using fluidity, movement, and connection to represent the iMerit brand the services they provide. The site is geared to be modern, cutting-edge, and beyond expectations in the B2B space. It embraces bold design, color, and layout juxtaposed with the fine balance between technology and human qualities.
