New to the business telecommunications market, Spectrum Enterprise needed a way to compete with the big names and drive qualified leads. The Office of Experience (OX) transformed the dot-com experience by humanizing Spectrum’s services across their site. By mapping customer needs to specific points in the buying cycle, we streamlined the user experience and gave clear next steps across the user’s journey. OX developed a flexible design system of templates and components as the first digital expression of the new brand. And we evolved their content and copy by taking an outside-in approach to brand storytelling and product positioning. Since launch, content engagement has increased by 67 percent and conversion rates have increased by an astounding 32 percent.
