For this one-of-a-kind, astounding project, we created a 360 Virtual Tour. We wanted to showcase the development in an innovative, streamlined way and create a unique and immersive way to engage prospective buyers. We designed it so end-users could easily self-navigate and visualize the Westloft and what it offers. The 360 Virtual Tour has 4 main features which provides the user an easy way to explore the suite. By having the floorplan feature it provides a quick overview of the suite layout to help the user understand the configuration, the Model & 3D Panorama feature allows the user to be immersed in the suite while being able to navigate, rotate and move around the 3d model. Lastly a very practical feature is having the Ruler option to be able to take measurements. The 360 Virtual Tour application provided an opportunity to tell the story of the sophisticated and luxurious loft. We made the tour application accessible for the end users to be able to quickly see the floorplan configuration and to be immersed in the penthouse suite to gain a well rounded understanding of what this penthouse will offer. Reducing wait times for guests and providing an accurate, central source of information for the sales team to successfully guide buyers through the sales process. The virtual tour has been a rousing success. By providing this immersive experience it allowed the viewer to really gain an understanding of what the suite will offer. The tour is accessible at the sales centre kiosk as an immersive experience, as well as through the microsite where it can be experienced on the go through mobile phones or tablets or desktops.
