When the global pandemic of 2020 hit New York’s real estate industry, it hit hard. Thousands fled the city leaving empty sublets and drastically reduced leases. And independent real estate brokerages suffered. One of these brokers, Viviana Addo (NYU Schack School of Real Estate 2019, Cushman and Wakefield, Crew New York) tasked Universal Admedia with her company’s rebrand. The company, a nimble boutique real estate investments consultancy led by a driven veteran New Yorker born in Germany and raised in Colombia. The idea underpinning our execution was to recast the personal brand and present it as a global entrepreneur brand offering international listings and diverse consulting services that is presented through a sophisticated yet personable look and feel.
