Live From the Artists Den (LFAD) connects the world’s best artists with the world’s most passionate fans. Wanting to shift from traditional broadcast to a digital model, LFAD tapped Ready Set Rocket to develop a digital platform solution that would help them scale to global audiences. Our team first conducted a product viability study—surveying record labels, publishers, artists, sponsors, and fans to identify a platform strategy. Then we reimagined the brand identity system to increase relatability amongst target audiences via broadcast, digital streaming, social, email, and collateral. We also redesigned their website to serve as a hub for content marketing, acquisition programs, social and digital streaming—and drove fan engagement via a lottery to win free access to live tapings and BTS content. Our in-depth research helped LFAD shift beyond broadcast to reach fans digitally by introducing new sponsorship and distribution monetization models to increase engagement and maximize revenue.
