The 2019 IEEE-USA Annual Report

The IEEE-USA Annual Report highlights the mission, goals and programs of IEEE-USA, and our activities and achievements during 2019. IEEE-USA produces and publishes this Report to increase awareness of IEEE-USA; its efforts to influence public policy; and the programs and services it provides as a benefit to U.S. IEEE members, and to the public. It also serves as a reference for members seeking information on specific IEEE-USA programs or issues, and for those in search of opportunities to volunteer their time and expertise, in support of their profession.
In 2019, the IEEE-USA Board approved a series of activities to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first Apollo Moon Landing. The Board also funded the development and promotion of a series of short membership recruitment videos, featuring young professionals, to support a focused membership marketing campaign in partnership with the IEEE Computer and Power and Engineering Societies.
