Branding Campaign for The Grind - and its sister brand Grind Away.
The Grind is a local coffee shop / eatery and local product mercantile focused on fresh, locally sourced and consciously crafted menu items that change daily.
Grind Away is their new catering and on location "food truck", which uses a converted vintage aluminum camper/trailer.
We were hired to re-brand The Grind an existing brick and mortar which wanted to re-energize and relaunch, as well as name and develop a new but related brand for their new venture a vintage trailer / camper food truck. We proposed the name Grind Away and worked with the client to develop their tagline: "Consciously Crafted Bites & Beverages" which the client loves. Both logotypes needed to evoke a handcrafted and locally sourced feel. Both logos developed work well together but can also be used alone. A third logo for Grind Way was developed for alternative uses such as swag and labeling. The camper shape exactly matches their vintage trailer food truck and has been developed in a number of colorways so the client can create "swag" for sale in their brick and mortar.
