Tekstwerk.com has grown naturally with its customers, who originate from the mail order companies and have now all made the transition to online sales. By moving with the customer in that direction, tekstwerk.com thought it was time to reposition its own organisation. The long-standing relationship that tekstwerk.com has with IDEA 2 resulted in us being called in to look at tekstwerk.com from a helicopter view, in order to define the current identity.
For the website, we designed a magazine-style layout that evokes the nostalgic feel of browsing the mail order catalogs of yesteryear. This is reinforced by the horizontal scrolling when the website is viewed on a laptop or PC.
The image concept we created is ‘Online shopping with the offline experience’.
