AARP’s The Girlfriend is designed to serve a diverse audience of Gen X Women by delivering information, inspiration and entertainment through our weekly newsletter. Gen X women (women in their 40s and early 50s) feel overlooked by marketers and in the marketplace. They also feel more stressed than ever, often caring for both children and elderly parents while also trying to keep up with their careers.
