For decades, Qlik has been a pioneer in business intelligence, developing unprecedented ways for businesses to bring together, explore, and act on data. As a result, organizations that use Qlik quickly uncover new ways to increase efficiency, boost productivity, cut costs, and even add revenue streams. These are compelling, convincing messages, right? Sure. But as with most B2B software, they had a way of getting lost amid technical explanations and industry jargon.
In this video, it was our job to reach the audience at the visceral level, empathizing with their pain points, speaking conversationally, and going against software industry expectations with an irreverent and percussive tone. We used funk-inspired music; bold, oversized stats; an irreverent voiceover tone; and extreme close-ups to surprise the audience and hold their attention. We also infused the visuals with plenty of little flourishes to keep things interesting.
