As a 30-year industry leader, Qlik had a lot of valuable insights, resources, and advice to help enterprise C-level executives navigate the data landscape. But Qlik lacked a destination for these CXOs to easily navigate and engage with the thought leadership POV. We created the Executive Insights Center, a curated content experience – updated monthly – for the executive to stay on top of the latest data-related topics.
Through deep content audits and a series of executive interviews, we identified key editorial themes that would address the most pressing issues CXOs face. We also identified the most compelling delivery formats for content consumption, from webinars featuring top executives at notable enterprises to podcasts, infographics, and quick-hit executive briefs.
Based on the content audit and editorial themes we established, we curated and refined existing content that could be tailored to this audience, and we created net-new content to address key topics. The page is updated monthly with new and trending data-related news, executive perspectives, and peer insights – all thoughtfully complied from a variety of sources.
The Executive Insights Center established Qlik as a go-to resource for data-related thought leadership, educating and empowering CXOs to drive their organizations forward. Time spent on the website averaged 5:44. Content consumption rates were also impressive, with nearly a third of all visitors consuming at least one piece of content. A repeat visitor rate of 20% demonstrated keen interest in coming back for more quality thought leadership content. 88% of organic search visitors were return visitors. A paid LinkedIn campaign helped increase LP traffic by 264% between 20Q4 and 21Q1. Gartner also recognized the Executive Insights Center as a strength for Qlik in their Gartner Magic Quadrant analysis.
