About The Entry
Every day, AT&T Business connects billions of people, places, and things across the globe. For our program, the most important connections are with our customers. Customized storytelling is at the core of our onsite briefing experience. It serves as the foundation for the briefing and positions AT&T Business as a leader in helping customers create connections in an ever-evolving technology landscape. When COVID-19 hit in March 2020, we knew the “show must go on(line).” We quickly reinvented and reimagined how to connect with customers to maintain an influential voice and
presence in the marketplace. Our flagship Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is a unique facility with multiple opportunities for immersive storytelling; including our Gallery with rich data visualizations, our Tech Showcase highlighting a variety of use cases and demonstrations, and digital signage throughout the center with a robust inventory of industry-specific messaging. To transform video conference briefings into differentiated virtual experiences, we created a digital twin of our EBC signature storytelling experiences, so that we could connect the virtual world to our physical environments but also add new capabilities.
