Ivanti knows that in the era of the #EverywhereWorkplace, connection is everything. Ivanti’s social media team knew one way to achieve this goal of instilling a sense of community was through a robust employee advocacy program. In 2022, Ivanti's social media team, consisting of Director of Social Media Jamie Whalen, Senior Social Media Manager Jason Bruce, and Communications Strategist, Kristen Fohrer DeArman, undertook the challenge of revitalizing Ivanti's employee advocacy program. A revamped program launched in mid-April, complete with a growing partner program, influencer participation, and enticing incentives for top performers. The social media team grew participation in employee advocacy from 23% in 2021 to 44% by mid-2022. To date, Ivanti has saved an estimated $1,500,000 in earned media value through employee participation in this social program.
