For over 60 years, Hudson Institute has been a trusted resource for decision makers and opinion leaders on domestic and international issues. This nonprofit organization worked with Third and Grove to create a website that is modern, flexible, and allows visitors to see Hudson as a resource they can come to time and time again for thought-provoking research by experts they know and trust. Our aim was to build a digital experience that elevates Hudson Institute’s work—tackling the most serious threats to American security and prosperity by shaping public policy.

Finding the newest and most relevant content on the site was a pain point of Hudson's previous design, so it was important in this redevelopment to ensure easy content discovery, showcasing newer content first to help guide users right to the timely information they seek. Clear user paths were part of the strategy to allow users to know exactly where to go to get the content they are looking for and reduce any friction with the user experience.
