Our mission was to launch a new wellness incentive program in July 2022 to 130,000 eligible employees. Our goals were to get 40% of employees registered by December 31, 2022, and for at least 35% of those registered to earn enough points to reach at least “Level 2” within the program’s four-level tiered reward program. We created a variety of campaign materials to reach employees directly across the organization as well as to inform and equip our Wellness Champions so they could promote the new program locally and face-to-face. Our message and campaign theme "You Are a Masterpiece" helped communicate our belief that compassion, kindness and empathy are critical to the healing of body, mind and spirit. This idea is expressed in CommonSpirit Health's tagline: Hello humankindness. Within the first two weeks of launch, more than 30,000 employees registered. By December 31, we exceeded our goals, achieving a 54% registration rate and 39% of registered participants reaching Level 2.
