Every year, VIP Tires & Service hosts our annual Managers Conference, where we ignite the passion of our managers with fun, innovative events, inspiring keynote speeches, and valuable networking opportunities. In 2022, we rallied our team with the theme "Go the Distance," pushing them to strive for excellence in all aspects of customer service, employee satisfaction, and industry leadership.

Our submission for the 2022 MUSE Awards is the Closing video that was shown at our company’s conference which covered the whirlwind 4 day Managers conference including training, awards, Make-A-Wish presentation, and interviews with our Executive Management team to set the tone for the coming year.
