For the 15th year in a row, Atrium Health Levine Children’s was nationally recognized as a Best Children’s Hospital by U.S. News & World Report. We are the only children’s hospital in the region to receive this designation, and it positions us as a leader throughout the nation.
Research shows that parents will do anything to make sure their child is getting the BEST care from the BEST doctors so they can survive – and thrive. Research also shows that parents want an expert medical provider who will provide the best care, while also being exceptionally caring and compassionate (but are vitally important).
We took all of these data-based considerations into account when developing this campaign that focused on our clinical differentiators, while also infusing the patient experience and emotional connection. We knew that we needed to be as authentic as possible, and this means using our own patients and their stories. All creative – from the TV commercial to the out-of-home to the digital assets and everything in between spotlights our Levine Children’s patients, their families and care teams. We know from previous campaigns that real patients perform better than stock photographs and actors. It also elevates the level of advocacy and organic, grassroots conversations that come from this campaign – as those who know these patients love to share all about them!
Our full funnel campaign has reached more than 50 million people through paid, owned and earned channels, and most importantly, has connected more patients in need of the BEST healthcare to Levine Children’s.
