Tenfold, a cloud-based software solutions provider, approached us to build out their brand framework to go-to-market in a crowded category.
We conducted a thorough analysis of their existing brand and the category through a competitive analysis, customer and stakeholder interviews, and a persona workshop. Through this research and further explorations of the shopper journey and product benefits within the category, we identified whitespace opportunities for positioning. Bringing forward Tenfold’s value proposition, we developed a new customer experience-focused branding strategy to emphasize Tenfold's commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and ease of use.
We continued to bring the brand to life with a new brand video and website. The updated site serves multiple personas with reconfigurable modules and navigational elements. It includes tools like a “time to value” ROI calculator to help potential customers better understand the benefits of Tenfold's solutions. We developed an animated video to give audiences an easy-to-consume product pitch.
To ensure that the new value proposition remained clear, we developed a new brand book and messaging framework. The rebranding program successfully differentiated Tenfold in the market and resonated with both existing and potential customers.
