In helping maintain the community of our client's game “Paint the Town Red” and keeping the fanbase happy - we needed to entertain the customer base but encourage user-generated content using the in-game modding tools. The biggest content comes from new maps and levels, so in hosting different map-making contests for players to create different maps and levels for other players to download and play for an endless amount of content, there has been over 10,000 user-created content to date.

To accomplish this we not only highlighted the best-created content for every player to check out and entertain themself with, but we also posted various events and competitions with prizes where they create high-quality maps and levels for a chance to win. With the result of the success of its first iteration, we have carried out more than 15 thematic challenges, and all are very well endorsed by the community in keeping everyone coming back to the game. In the last two contest maps alone, more than 30,000 people were visiting the maps created by participating players and the membership has been growing consistently.
