City of Lathrop – Police Recruitment Campaign

Even as a Recruitment Campaign, this project was very unique, in that the city of Lathrop, CA was literally building their Police Department from nothing. As their facility was initially being constructed, the first leg of the campaign was to create a Public Survey Commercial Spot to help generate interest and participation within the community. This helped to spread the word about the new Police Department and allowed the citizens of Lathrop to have a voice from the very beginning. From there, the feedback was processed and applied trough a general Recruitment Campaign to position the City of Lathrop Police Department as a new desirable career option for qualified applicants. The overall reaction was so swift and impactful, that the city was flooded with possible candidates. So we responded with developing an Evergreen Recruitment Commercial Spot full of new officers and staff to ensure that quality recruitment will always be a priority for the City of Lathrop Police Department for years to come.
