In 2022, the iOi Summit theme and event underwent a complete re-design to modernize the brand with the topic it focuses on PropTech. iOi is a synergistic setting where investors and innovators and forward-thinking real estate professionals converge to catalyze, cultivate and champion the most impactful ideas that advance the industry, boost business and address the “what if” of the future.
Also held at iOi was the fourth annual “Pitch Battle” in support of Second Century Ventures. This event offers pre-selected forward-thinking businesses to pitch their innovative solutions to a veteran panel of judges and attendees. Solutions that address the biggest solutions and opportunities within real estate. Also, debut at the iOi Summit was the first 2022 Investor Pitch Book—a 24-page book with stats and details from a number of enterprises innovating across the real estate ecosystem.
A marketing mix of 22 channels (increased from 8 in 2021) was leveraged through the April-September campaign resulting in a 28% registration increase over 2021 (516 vs. 406) which is in line with 2019 (519). The mix led to a 1,300% increase in web traffic (visits) from 2021 with three standout channels: LinkedIn (48%), NAR email (29%) and Online (23%).
For the first time, iOi initiated onsite branding from two-300” high wall murals, branded escalators, and custom exhibit tables.
