The evolution of the Fair Housing campaign is based on value propositions established through discovery and key findings, the Fairhaven color palette for connectivity, and imagery depicting diversity. The goal is to intrigue, engage, and challenge target audiences through visuals and messaging. Asking members to look inside themselves, ask hard questions, and make a renewed commitment to the tenets of Fair Housing. Our story should be one that evokes both pride and contemplation: pride in the work that NAR is part of, and personal introspection by each and every REALTOR®.
Fair Housing is an emotional subject, packed with a history and challenges that need to be carefully considered. There have been successes, but there is obviously still work to do. We need to be respectful of those who have given so much in the struggle — a fight for justice and equality that continues today. Marginalized communities need a voice to be their advocate.
