 More than 20 years ago, NAR launched the REALTOR® Safety Program to educate REALTORS® on the potential risks they face on the job. The program includes hundreds of safety tools and resources for associations and brokers to share and use with their members and agents, like videos, webinars, presentations, and flyers.
 As part of NAR’s ongoing efforts to keep our members safe, we continue to grow and strengthen the REALTOR® Safety Program with new resources and programs like the REALTOR® Safety Pledge, new REALTOR® Safety Course, and the REALTOR® Safety MLS Fields. We also dedicate September as REALTOR® Safety Month, although we encourage members to keep safety top of mind year-round with ongoing messaging, like our weekly social media safety tips.
NAR’s priority is the safety of their members, and to make sure they were being heard on this important matter, the REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee was created. Composed by members, the purpose is to review current activities regarding safety and the recommendation of new initiatives to continue keeping REALTORS® safe.
