Every year they bring back their infamous turkey-shaped cake that’s filled with the ice cream of your choice, topped with a rich caramel praline glaze, and even features two “legs” shaped by waffle cones.
While the novelty of this cake tends to speak for itself, for the 2021 Thanksgiving season, we let someone else do the talking—viral Instagram and TikTok star Kalen Allen. Kalen’s typical content consists of blind reactions to oftentimes ridiculous foods, which made him the perfect partner to help us promote the surprise factor and uniqueness of Turkey Cake.
Content was created to fill both paid and organic media spaces while also allowing Kalen to create his own content to support the effort and extend our reach to his audiences. Kalen also went above and beyond his contract agreements and posted more than expected, extending our reach to a younger audience in a highly authentic way.
