From the customer who received interviews, up to 35% of resale customers have experienced unpleasant shopping experiences. Remarkable problems are like the product doesn’t match with photos or is different from descriptions. Due to the attribute of shopping for resale items, special care is needed.

Reshine helps resale shoppers remedy shopping pain points and also increases sustainability at the same time. So the Reshine platform integrated official mediators, customer communities, and sustainable campaigns into the resale experience.
