Silver Hill Promo

Our creative technology studio artivio; had the privilege of collaborating with BMP Assets to create an immersive experience of their luxurious apartment complex being built on Srebrnjak, in the heart of Zagreb, Croatia.

We created two stunning 3D animations - a short promo and a more descriptive video - that take potential buyers on a virtual tour of Silver Hill. These videos were carefully designed to evoke a feeling of home and showcase every detail of the neighbourhood. We also created over 100 3D renders of both the interior and exterior of the neighbourhood, highlighting its stunning architecture and surroundings.

In addition to the animations and renders, we created over 10 360 and VR walkthroughs, online and printed catalogues, and most of the multimedia content for the Silver Hill website. The interactive catalogue includes virtual tours and other multimedia content, while the printed catalogue provides a tangible, easy-to-use resource for buyers to browse at their leisure.

Our goal was to make potential buyers feel as though they were already home, which is why we worked through our motto of "Art Through Technology." We believe that art and technology go hand in hand, and this project allowed us to showcase that belief in action.

We are proud to have played a part in bringing BMP Assets' vision to life. Through our multimedia content, interactive and printed catalogue, and immersive walkthroughs, we hope to provide potential buyers with a truly unforgettable experience that will help them envision their future home in this luxurious neighbourhood.

Overall, this project was an incredible opportunity for us to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of creative technology. We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked on this project and to have collaborated with BMP Assets to create a feeling of comfort and luxury for potential buyers. Silver Hill will be completed in 2023/2024, and we can't wait for future residents to call it home.
