Our major redesign of the RE/MAX Quebec website stands apart from similar projects thanks to its innovative approach. We designed a real estate platform that is much more than a simple website—it offers a suite of customized features that improve the experience of buyers and sellers.
With a focus on a thoughtful and ergonomic mobile experience, we simplified the user journey to speed up searches. We also incorporated features, such as notifications, saved-property monitoring and real estate alerts, designed to foster loyalty to the RE/MAX Quebec brand on the web.
In order to remain one of the most visited real estate websites in Quebec, RE/MAX wanted to transform its existing site into a true real estate platform that would provide an unmatched user experience. One of the underlying goals of the transformation was to rejuvenate RE/MAX's digital brand image to reach a new pool of buyers and improve their engagement with RE/MAX Quebec's digital ecosystem.
The design team conducted extensive research with thousands of users of the original site to understand their needs and issues. The results of this study allowed us to discover that buyers who are actively looking for properties visit the site once or twice a day. To meet their expectations, we created a dynamic and personalized universe that adapts in real time to their searches and the time of day. To achieve this, we used state-of-the-art technologies such as the Nuxt.js and Laravel frameworks.
