Deel is a global HR platform that helps companies of any size rapidly scale their operations. From hiring employees in far off lands to placing employees in other countries, the brand makes it easy for businesses (and their HR departments) to operate and comply in a world where "where" we work is no longer a restriction to getting great employees to do that work.

The business's first brand effort was launched this Spring and we were tasked with helping them bring the campaign to life in video and social channels. We built the video around the campaign idea that Deel helps a department that often gets a bum rap for saying "no" proclaim "yes" to a myriad of employment needs. We tapped into the harried frustration of HR teams everywhere by showcasing all the ways the brand helps ease that job anywhere.
