In Kenya, only 41.5% of women were using the Internet in 2022 compared to 51.4% of men according to Communications Authority of Kenya.
Kenyan women make up for only 23% of the total workforce in the tech industry according to the world wide web.

Unga wa Dola a flagship and household brand of Kitui flour mills, voted as one of the top 100 Kenyan brands loved by women in 2022, we needed to bridge the gap even further.
By Nurturing, educating and inspiring women through the power of their affirmations.

She Affirms
A 2-week integrated campaign that tapped on the power that lies in her belief and voice to celebrate, empower and inspire women for a more equal society tomorrow.
With over 650k followers where over 40% are women, We debunked the biases by showcasing the contribution of women across different sectors.
We transcended the campaign on ground by visiting girls schools across the country to empower the young women of tomorrow.
We had engaging 2 hour sessions with the girls where we educated, informed, inspired and empowered.
To engrain the affirmation culture, we armed the girls with affirmation journals.
In 2 weeks, we managed to reach a total of over 1,300,000 Million people, over 5,800 total new followers, over 385,500 total video views and Impacted over 3,200 girls
The campaign managed to sip through mainstream media garnering a free PR value of 1.5 Million
We honoured women and gave them a chance to to celebrate each other.
