The 2023 HENGCHUN Lifestyle Festival was held at Hengchun North Gate Plaza for three consecutive days. The enthusiastic image of Hengchun was combined with a cultural and creative bazaar, musical performances, installation art, and interactive experiences. At the same time, handicrafts, fragrances, European and Japanese antique goods, rendered clothing, and other specialty brands were available. The beautiful music made people enjoy themselves. The entrance imagery, the wooden pallet, and the Indian tent rest area were the best photo spots for people to change their minds and leave a good-looking photo as a unique souvenir. In addition to the sand painting experience and limited sticker machines, there were also mural painting and skateboarding performances, all kinds of trendy art, and leisure activities for people to have fun.
This summer feast not only drew the public closer to the creators and young entrepreneurs but also brought the outside world closer to Hengchun. People experienced the changing face of Southern Taiwan through different levels of sight, sound, smell, and taste, and were baptized by the beauty and novelty of the country, thus achieving another kind of balance.
