The Belward Campus of The Johns Hopkins University is a capstone development for life sciences on the East Coast. Here, “lab-life balance” will be harmonized across 60 acres of preserved parkland, green space, and trails. Belward will be home to 1.5 million square feet of world-class lab facilities, office space, and amenities emphasizing sustainability and wellness.
Our team designed a sales kit for the project with the user's experience in mind. The brand story unfolds as the package unfolds, revealing greater details in an immersive and engaging format. The components of the package—all designed to be produced with sustainable materials—include a brochure, business card, postcard, and lab notes. A dynamic particle pattern is featured throughout, directing the eye to key messaging and emphasizing the campus's holistic balance of life and science.
