Mindspace is a co-working space that offers a target audience a unique atmosphere in a diverse cultural and professional environment, a community of open-minded people, and inspiring and colorful places.
Mindspace opens new co-working in Warsaw and looks for a local agency, that can produce the not typical campaign, that would prevent Mindspace from being used as independent words - Space, Mind. But it will become a real love brand.
We found that co-workings are always the same, providing similar services like Wi-Fi, coffee, and green zones. And the problem is that such a routine makes people unproductive. They are so bored, that they can fall asleep directly at work, they stop dreaming.
But the place itself can help employees be more inspiring and motivating. Lots of companies, like Google, realised it and create offices people dream of.
We mixed both meanings for “dream” and reveal the message “Awaken Mindspace in yourself”. Hence the idea for “Awaken Mindspace” as a new way of life by showing people who fall asleep in an ordinary office and find themselves in a dream place with a cozy interior full of unusual services and creative fellows. In Mindspace.
We produced three videos, that showed in the digital campaign as one promo, and separately per each TA.
In our guerrilla part, we offered the audience to Meet Post-it Monster on the streets, take a picture, make a post on their page with hashtags #PostItMonste, #ObudzwsobieMindspace, and win a prize.
Additionally, we produced an AR Instagram filter with the advise generator that gets 1,4 K impressions on the platform.
Instagram activations increased by Accounts Reached 46%, Accounts Engagement by 72%, and content Interactions by 293%!
A coffee cart next to the place proposed people awake and book a tour of a new place.
The outdoors appears everywhere. Saying "everywhere" we do not mean only boards, stops, and screens. We mean London, Utrecht, Warsaw, Tel Aviv, New York. The campaign turns from local to worldwide.
