The real estate market in Miami is booming with an audience of consumers that expect quality and luxury in their residence. With high rises flooding the landscape, one group of developers decided to do something different. They purchased a plot of land and decided that they would build a series of boutique-style residences designed and developed with the overall health and wellness of the end resident in mind. We partnered with the developers and sales team to create the brand identity, naming, and visual representation of 2200 BRICKELL, a boutique collection of luxury residences designed to deliver residents with a more thoughtful and intentional living experience that will advance their health, happiness, and well-being.
The name and logotype were born out of a desire to showcase the balance of city living and life in nature, allowing the residents at 2200 BRICKELL many opportunities to live a whole, balanced lifestyle. By utilizing the prominent Brickell address as the name, we are highlighting the prime location and benefits of living close to the city center, while inclusion of an element of nature in the logotype showcases nature and wellness as a prominent feature within the property.
A leaf in nature provides food for plants, nourishing and sustaining all land animals. It is this mental and physical nourishment that 2200 BRICKELL looks to provide its residents through its amenities and design.
The color system was chosen to provide a balance between the directness of the use of the address in the name and the focus on wellness. We chose colors representative of nature, growth, and warmth to juxtapose the city-life the name implies.
The meticulously crafted brand world exudes sophistication and elegance while keeping the importance of a balanced lifestyle at the forefront, not only in the visual brand identity but also resonating throughout the brand voice and every piece of marketing collateral. The result is a brand platform that celebrates 2200 BRICKELL as the place for a life well lived.
