The Backwoods custom footprint was the center of attention at Rolling Loud Miami 2023, commanding the spotlight within the exclusive artist area. We drew inspiration from the allure of Miami's pristine beaches, silky sands, scorching sunshine, and vibrant mix of cultures that define the city.

The Backwoods Swag & Surf Shop was the place to be, featuring real sand from Miami beaches, a towering lifeguard station, comfortable Adirondack chairs, and the unmistakable Miami aqua and hot pink colors all around. Our correspondents Tallie Spencer and Lizzy Jeff were on hand to engage in exciting interviews and conversations with the artists, adding depth to the experience.

To further enhance the Backwoods brand presence, we designed a range of branded summer items and merchandise exclusively for the space. These items included customized hats, beach towels, t-shirts, and beach bags. They were not only displayed as retail items but were also distributed as coveted swag. The Swag & Surf Shop emerged as the undeniable highlight of the artist compound.

Backwoods continues to be positioned as a lifestyle Brand. We connected with brand enthusiasts in the artist compound through a custom experiential footprint that featured recognizable local Miami elements. This showcased how Backwoods is woven into the fabric of the “culture” and how it resonates with its consumers.

The Backwoods activation at Rolling Loud Miami 2023 was a huge success. It was an immersive, visually captivating, and unforgettable experience that left a lasting impression on artists, their guests, and the media. The activation was a testament to the power of creative branding and experiential marketing, making it the highlight of the artist compound.
