For many of our current and potential clients, buying a house is the largest financial investment they will make in their lives. It’s a serious decision that typically sees a longer than average period between the consideration and activation phases and requires strong confidence in the client’s chosen lender.

To provide real value to our first-time home buyer audience and create an additional touch point as they consider buying, we developed an educational eBook about the home buying process. This downloadable PDF condenses the information contained in our almost 500 Learning Center blog articles into seven easy-to-follow steps.

On top of being educational, the eBook also highlights the breadth of resources we provide to our clients. Throughout the narrative, we incorporate our online tools, educational videos and relevant articles so readers can further their education as they see fit. Ease of use was prioritized, with the fully illustrated book being optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.

As a large part of our brand focus is on being not only informative, but also approachable, the eBook has a nod to fairy tales to add a lighthearted storytelling feel to our content. We close the book with printable worksheets that are specifically designed to clear up common issues many home buyers face in the process.
