The goal of the "Know Yourself Well" campaign was two-fold: educate women of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities about the ever-evolving nature of their bodies, while offering them inspiring stories of real women who have made pH-D feminine health products part of their everyday routine.
Driving the essence of the campaign was the idea that every woman's journey is unique and valuable. The better we know ourselves, the better we can uplift and empower each other. Each story in this campaign was designed to uplift and educate women about their feminine health - from a holistic vantage point. From understanding just how diverse we really are, to discovering the wonderfully complicated nature of our bodies, we encourage women to "know yourself well." When we are self-aware, and self-loving, then we can show up as our whole selves.
