This platform, specially designed for the company’s internal testing, incorporates a points reward system and multiple interactive sections, aiming to encourage employees to provide suggestions. This will promote product optimization, and improve the user experience as well as user satisfaction.
To improve its appeal to users, the platform introduces a points reward system. Users can earn points by submitting suggestions that are adopted and completing daily tasks, which can be exchanged for prizes. The platform also features the charts and a medal system to visualize users’ achievements, and thus enhance their sense of fulfillment and participation. During crucial phases of product development, it will launch special competitions, rewarding users who excel in both the number and quality of suggestions. Such a design can increase users’ participation, and help the company gather higher-quality feedback.
The platform boasts a hit the list area and a community section for discussing controversial suggestions, where users freely express their opinions. This enhances interaction among users, and can better promote product development. To further inspire users’ enthusiasm, the platform includes a project reward section, which initiates discussions on critical issues related to business development goals and rewards users who offer outstanding answers with bonus points, so as to provide directional guidance for breaking through bottlenecks in product development.
Prioritizing functionality, the overall interface design adopts a simple UI and information layout for easier operation. All suggestions made by users are displayed in a circular chart on their personal center, clear and intuitive.
