Autism Speaks is dedicated to creating an inclusive world for all individuals with autism throughout their lifespan. Done through advocacy, services, support, research and innovation, and advances in care for autistic individuals and their families. The WIN Program is dedicated to supporting employers who look to celebrate diversity and inclusion and provide the resources to create those opportunities.

Driven by the insight that employers today are seeking to hire more diverse talent, we speak directly to the unspoken discomfort that employers have around hiring members of the neurodiverse community. Focusing on approachability, education and relatability we shed light on the gap in today’s inclusive hiring practices to drive education and awareness to the services that Autism Speaks offers to support employers. Our campaign celebrates neurodiversity with a full cast of autistic talent as a testament to the talents of the neurodiverse community.
