D-ID is dedicated to using its technology for social impact and has addressed crucial causes such as domestic violence, finding missing children, awareness of HIV, education, and more.
The Sophia Bot project is a chatbot aimed at helping victims of domestic abuse. It’s available globally, at all hours of the day, and completely anonymous, helping users gather potential evidence, assess their rights, and learn about their options. D-ID contributed its technology to this project making the chatbot appear and act more lifelike and trustworthy, crucial for victims of domestic abuse.
In addition, D-ID’s partnership with the Holocaust education program “International March of the Living” brought to life heroes from the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising to enshrine and celebrate their bravery. With D-ID’s technology the stories of the uprising were told by the heroes themselves, from the words discovered in letters they wrote during the rebellion and testimonies of those who survived. The heroes’ voices were provided by some of Israel’s top artists to help enshrine and celebrate the bravery of the Holocaust fighters.
These inspiring examples are just the tip of the iceberg in the ways that D-ID’s technology can make a positive, real-world impact on society.
