So, the film series “Passions Applied” aims to lift the veil on the historically private institution in an engaging, cinematic way. By profiling a collection of brilliant and driven colleagues, the series shows how each individual follows their passions and applies their expertise to help everyone learn, grow and contribute to outsized achievements. Francesco’s story is an excellent example of development supported from day one.
In this film, we’re introduced to Francesco, a driven, curious, and exceptionally bright Citadel employee who puts his passion to use in an exponentially growing business. In just five years, he advanced from analyst to co-head of portfolio construction, becoming both a business leader and culture carrier in the process.
Citadel and Mofilm used candidate research (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify resonant themes before starting the series to ensure the campaign would be resonant and persuasive. In telling Francesco’s story, as with all profiles, and highlighting attributes of the firm, we’ve learned improves perception to persuade candidates that Citadel is an employer of choice.
