G800 is a fully integrated genetic sequencing platform based on proprietary intellectual property. It combines sequencing biochemical reactions, image capture, data analysis, and result reporting functions into a single unit, widely suitable for desktop sequencing devices with medium to small throughput. The platform's applications extend beyond genetic research and advancements in life sciences to include medical fields such as personalized medicine, cancer research and diagnosis, diagnosis of genetic diseases, infectious disease control, providing advanced genetic analysis tools for both research and practical applications.
G800 utilizes CoolMPS TM (2C4I) technology as its driving engine. Unlike traditional fluorescence labeling methods, this is a novel sequencing approach based on antibodies. It utilizes unlabeled nucleotides and four fluorescently labeled antibodies to identify incorporated bases, enabling the determination of gene sequences. This method avoids the accumulation of DNA "scars," making the calling of bases clearer, significantly enhancing sequencing accuracy and sensitivity, while also reducing time and costs.
The integrated end-to-end design of the G800 provides users with comprehensive sequencing capabilities, covering sequencing biochemistry reactions, image capture, data analysis, and report generation. Moreover, G800 is dedicated to reducing users' learning costs and sequencing on-machine operation thresholds. By simplifying the operational workflow and optimizing the interactive interface, users can complete sequencing with just three steps: run setup, parameter review, and sequencing run, greatly enhancing operational efficiency.
G800 introduces an innovative split-screen display featuring both extended and evenly distributed modes. Users can freely adjust the split-screen ratio based on their needs, prioritize key tasks, and enhance work efficiency through global gestures for page layout switching. In this operating system, users can freely switch or change the layout or view of a page by swiping, pinching, rotating and other specific gestures, providing more freedom and flexibility.
The functionally integrated Switchbar prioritizes user-relevant information by categorizing and pinning it at the top. Users can quickly switch between different levels of information, accessing the required information more efficiently. With an intuitive hierarchical structure, users can easily understand and switch between different levels of information, streamlining the process of information retrieval.
