Stop late payments drowning small businesses

Late payments from big businesses to small businesses are crippling their cash flow and drowning them in debt. In 2023 the cost of late payments to small businesses was £1.2bn.
At Xero we’re fighting for fairer practice, legislation and cultural change, which kicked off with an event at Westminster for small businesses, Accountants, officials from No. 10, the Treasury, and HMRC.

Using Generative AI, we created simple, visual, OOH and social ads to support the campaign and bring the biggest threats to small businesses into sharp focus - generating awareness with voters and putting pressure on political parties to make it an election priority.
As well as some valued press coverage in national newspapers, the campaign resonated on social media and around Westminster - with Shadow Small Business Minister Rushanara Ali and Small Business Minister Kevin Hollinrake both raising the issues raised by our campaign in Parliament.
