Pixel sought the help of Holden Ellis with a familiar challenge—user engagement drop-off in their IVF app. While clinically robust, the app lacked enduring appeal beyond the learning phase.
Our mission: transform it into a supportive companion, efficient and emotionally resonant.
The original app lacked distinction; we revamped the brand, infusing it with personality and implementing a unified visual identity. Recognizing the need for ongoing motivation, we introduced a scalable platform with progress updates and emotional copy. Acknowledging community importance, a social content platform was developed to help foster new connections. We provided digital strategy, branding, componetized design system, app design, UX/UI, patient journey mapping, copywriting and motion design.
Every element contributes to the app's transformation into a beacon of support for IVF challenges.
