The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities needed to improve participation in their Front Door program (the process of applying for services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families) in Spanish-, Mandarin-, and Cantonese-speaking communities. Niki Jones Agency, Inc. worked closely with OPWDD staff, Community-Based Organizations, and our partners to create a suite of 30 animated videos (10 in English, 10 in Spanish, and 10 in Simplified Chinese) to explain the eligibility requirements, application process, and services offered, all while answering frequently asked questions among members of these communities.
