The HMI Riding System is an exclusive-designed system for YADEA electric scooters. It is designed to assist riders in navigating complex urban environments and enhance effortless access to riding and environmental information, thereby improving the overall riding experience and safety.
Functioning as the electric scooter's central control unit, the HMI Riding System provides intelligent control through hardware and software interaction, along with safety checks. Its OTA upgrade capability and scalable application design ensure system richness and adaptability for future riding function upgrades and additions, delivering riders a continuously updated use experience. In terms of practical functionality, it offers full-screen navigation, enabling riders to access riding routes and surrounding environmental information without diverting their attention, efficiently providing safer, quicker and more convenient riding support. Moreover, the corresponding mobile app can seamlessly connect with the scooter, facilitating functions such as unlocking it and viewing its real-time location remotely.
The safety-centered design of this riding system includes features like the seat pressure sensor and electronic side-bracket sensor, which accurately determine the user's readiness to start. If the starting conditions are not met, the system refrains from delivering power, thereby safeguarding the user's safe start. Additionally, the handlebar-mounted buttons enable users to conveniently switch between gears and riding modes without removing their hands from the handlebar, mitigating potential safety hazards arising from distractions during riding. Furthermore, the integration of a backing radar aids users in monitoring the space behind them and avoiding obstacles during backup in confined areas.
