Coffee Culture is a docuseries that follows the journey of Juliana Zeledon, owner of the award-winning Costa Rican coffee producer Down to Earth, as she explores the cultural landscape of L.A.’s rich coffee scene. In the first episode, through engaging conversations with Jon Alain Guzik, Juliana learns about the history of coffee in Los Angeles, the trends that have shaped the local coffee scene, and the evolving coffee culture that has made LA a hub for coffee lovers. In the second episode of Coffee Culture, Juliana visits Cognoscenti Coffee owner, Yeekai Lim, to get the inside scoop of what it takes to run a coffee shop in Los Angeles. In the third episode of Coffee Culture, Juliana visits Hooked Venice owner, Nicely, to get the inside scoop of what it takes to run a specialty coffee shop in Los Angeles. In this final episode of Season One, Juliana meets with Santa Monica-based latte artist Lena "Lenitas" Enriquez to learn about elevating lattes through flavor and design.
